Features of Equity Loan
  • Equity loan requests for non-homestead property has a maximum loan advance of 75% loan to value

To process an Equity loan, the following documents are required:
  1. Completed application including assets and liabilities
  2. Income verification: current and previous Yr. (W-2, Tax return)
  3. Copy of deed of trust on property to be refinanced
  4. Copy of property insurance policy
  5. Mortgage holder(s) name(s), address(es), acct. no. and balances
  6. Tax appraisal statement for valuation purposes
  7. Copy of last title policy issued on property
  8. Copy of existing property survey
